Chris, is extremally helpful and knowledgeable, He could have sold me a pump, in he fact did, on the advice of my spa companies after sales service. But on further investigation once my pump was removed it could be repaired, Chris took the new pump back credited and just charged me for what was a very affordable repair. Will be our go to person from now on

Spa just needed to be shocked. Would never have agreed to the extortionate bill, when there’s a Spa Retailer down the road! Bad service
