I’ve been with this company for the past one year and have found them to be extremely professional and with excellent service. I’ve had no issues with them. I had found myself changing to this company after being a few years with my previous pool company who had started providing crappy service and had left our pool in a terrible condition and kept charging us for visits they never made. Crystal clear took over, had a smooth transition they helped us out and we’ve been extremely satisfied with them ever since. They are reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. I like their customer service where they deal with each problem with up most urgency and each valet is done with care and time. They’ve done a great job with my pool.
kaye EthaI ordered some vinyl pool cleaner online for waterline marks for organic stains. It did not work. I approached Chris politely and immediately he was on the defense and sent me quotes from Consumer Law. In then end he reluctantly offered a refund but was even rude about that and how he did not wish any further hassle. I did not send the bottle back in the end because I did not wish to deal with him any further. Would not recommend this business as the customer service was quite appalling. Not struck anything similar before. Would only shop at big brand stores going forward where you know you can return something without being treated badly if it does not work.
