Very happy with Nick. He phoned us to let us know when to expect him. When he arrived, he was very courteous and got straight onto the job. He is very knowledgeable and quickly determined what was wrong and went about fixing it. He was extremely helpful with my questions relating to the filtering times and cycles and he was very patient whilst he worked thru my queries. And just like that my spa was fixed. I’ve been with this company for the past one year and have found them to be extremely professional and with excellent service. I’ve had no issues with them. I had found myself changing to this company after being a few years with my previous pool company who had started providing crappy service and had left our pool in a terrible condition and kept charging us for visits they never made. Crystal clear took over, had a smooth transition they helped us out and we’ve been extremely satisfied with them ever since. They are reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. I like their customer service where they deal with each problem with up most urgency and each valet is done with care and time. They’ve done a great job with my pool.

Great service! Very quick to look at Swim Spa motor and got us a replacement quickly and at a great price. Will definitely use these guys again.
