Important Notice:
Our advertised spa service prices are based on a standard spa pool of up to 1,000 litres, with reasonable access and normal mains water pressure for draining and refilling.
These prices cover routine cleaning and servicing under normal conditions. Larger spas, excessively dirty spas, heavy debris or algae, severe water contamination, poor water pressure, difficult access, or other conditions requiring additional time or chemicals may incur an additional charge.
We will always discuss any additional charges with you before proceeding.

Spa Decontamination - $599
Treatment for white water mould and Folliculitis.
Once you have white mould or Folliculitis in your spa pool, it can be challenging to treat – but it is possible.
To kill white water mould and Folliculitis in the spa pool, you need to decontaminate the spa which means an intensive course of chlorine treatment to kill all of the spores in the pool and the plumbing system of the pool.
We offer this service however you will need to continue proper sanitising of the spa moving forward to ensure it doesn’t flare up again.
