Gerard EmeryGood service But to make it even better be great if the secretary asks customer If they have first reset the spa ( as the error number could be anything.) If he/she is unsure how to reset it ask someone who knows? Would avoid wasting technician callout.
Mary CourtneyFixed the spa beautifully. Arrived the day we arranged. Replaced the main circulation pump. Said water was getting onto it from here and made a deflector to stop that happening. Replaced the UV bulb and recomended to save money not replacing the ozone unit as not that effective. Good service Cheers Brett Pukekohe

Nick WinderNot sure where my review went - But my experience was a rip off. Was charged a call out fee and 1 hour (which was Not quoted on the call) to assess my spa. Spa just needed to be shocked. Would never have agreed to the extortionate bill, when there’s a Spa Retailer down the road! Bad service
