Mike MooreThought I'd give these guys a try for pool products. Half the order was shipped. Rang to enquie about the rest and got a call service who didn't do what they said to get the balance shipped. Took another 3 calls and lots of waiting before the owner sorted it out. Well intentioned, but shipping processes and communication are letting them down. Got what I paid for in the end, just with more hassle than anticipated. Will give them one more chance, if I have the same experience again, will look elsewhere.
Matthew SmythGood service But to make it even better be great if the secretary asks customer If they have first reset the spa ( as the error number could be anything.) If he/she is unsure how to reset it ask someone who knows? Would avoid wasting technician callout.
