I’ve been with this company for the past one year and have found them to be extremely professional and with excellent service. I’ve had no issues with them. I had found myself changing to this company after being a few years with my previous pool company who had started providing crappy service and had left our pool in a terrible condition and kept charging us for visits they never made. Crystal clear took over, had a smooth transition they helped us out and we’ve been extremely satisfied with them ever since. They are reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. I like their customer service where they deal with each problem with up most urgency and each valet is done with care and time. They’ve done a great job with my pool.

Thought I'd give these guys a try for pool products. Half the order was shipped. Rang to enquie about the rest and got a call service who didn't do what they said to get the balance shipped. Took another 3 calls and lots of waiting before the owner sorted it out. Well intentioned, but shipping processes and communication are letting them down. Got what I paid for in the end, just with more hassle than anticipated. Will give them one more chance, if I have the same experience again, will look elsewhere.

We’ve used Crystal Clear Pools several times for maintenance work on our pool and pool equipment. Chris and the team and simply awesome. With clear communication throughout, you always know what's going on and when the job will be done. Plus the team are friendly, turn up on time, and provide quality workmanship.
