Thought I'd give these guys a try for pool products. Half the order was shipped. Rang to enquie about the rest and got a call service who didn't do what they said to get the balance shipped. Took another 3 calls and lots of waiting before the owner sorted it out. Well intentioned, but shipping processes and communication are letting them down. Got what I paid for in the end, just with more hassle than anticipated. Will give them one more chance, if I have the same experience again, will look elsewhere.
Matthew SmythI ordered some vinyl pool cleaner online for waterline marks for organic stains. It did not work. I approached Chris politely and immediately he was on the defense and sent me quotes from Consumer Law. In then end he reluctantly offered a refund but was even rude about that and how he did not wish any further hassle. I did not send the bottle back in the end because I did not wish to deal with him any further. Would not recommend this business as the customer service was quite appalling. Not struck anything similar before. Would only shop at big brand stores going forward where you know you can return something without being treated badly if it does not work.
