Good service But to make it even better be great if the secretary asks customer If they have first reset the spa ( as the error number could be anything.) If he/she is unsure how to reset it ask someone who knows? Would avoid wasting technician callout.

But on further investigation once my pump was removed it could be repaired, Chris took the new pump back credited and just charged me for what was a very affordable repair.
