Some time ago we had an issue after buying some PH decrease chemical for our pool whereby it did not arrive for some days due apparently to courier problems. Chris got that sorted and the product duly arrived. A similar event occurred when we ordered some sanitising tablets. After a call Chris stated that he would deliver them personally which he did. Very good service indeed so many thanks.

I had found myself changing to this company after being a few years with my previous pool company who had started providing crappy service and had left our pool in a terrible condition and kept charging us for visits they never made.
