Some time ago we had an issue after buying some PH decrease chemical for our pool whereby it did not arrive for some days due apparently to courier problems. Chris got that sorted and the product duly arrived. A similar event occurred when we ordered some sanitising tablets. After a call Chris stated that he would deliver them personally which he did. Very good service indeed so many thanks.

Lez KingFixed the spa beautifully. Arrived the day we arranged. Replaced the main circulation pump. Said water was getting onto it from here and made a deflector to stop that happening. Replaced the UV bulb and recomended to save money not replacing the ozone unit as not that effective. Good service Cheers Brett Pukekohe

I had found myself changing to this company after being a few years with my previous pool company who had started providing crappy service and had left our pool in a terrible condition and kept charging us for visits they never made. Crystal clear took over, had a smooth transition they helped us out and we’ve been extremely satisfied with them ever since. They are reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. I like their customer service where they deal with each problem with up most urgency and each valet is done with care and time. They’ve done a great job with my pool.
