Greg HeerdegenGood service But to make it even better be great if the secretary asks customer If they have first reset the spa ( as the error number could be anything.) If he/she is unsure how to reset it ask someone who knows? Would avoid wasting technician callout.

Rang to enquie about the rest and got a call service who didn't do what they said to get the balance shipped. Took another 3 calls and lots of waiting before the owner sorted it out. Well intentioned, but shipping processes and communication are letting them down. Got what I paid for in the end, just with more hassle than anticipated. Will give them one more chance, if I have the same experience again, will look elsewhere.
