Neville ClarkNot sure where my review went - But my experience was a rip off. Was charged a call out fee and 1 hour (which was Not quoted on the call) to assess my spa. Spa just needed to be shocked. Would never have agreed to the extortionate bill, when there’s a Spa Retailer down the road! Bad service
Lani ManuelSome time ago we had an issue after buying some PH decrease chemical for our pool whereby it did not arrive for some days due apparently to courier problems. Chris got that sorted and the product duly arrived. A similar event occurred when we ordered some sanitising tablets. After a call Chris stated that he would deliver them personally which he did. Very good service indeed so many thanks.
