I’ve been with this company for the past one year and have found them to be extremely professional and with excellent service. I’ve had no issues with them. I had found myself changing to this company after being a few years with my previous pool company who had started providing crappy service and had left our pool in a terrible condition and kept charging us for visits they never made. Crystal clear took over, had a smooth transition they helped us out and we’ve been extremely satisfied with them ever since. They are reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. I like their customer service where they deal with each problem with up most urgency and each valet is done with care and time. They’ve done a great job with my pool.

Averill GordonFixed the spa beautifully. Arrived the day we arranged. Replaced the main circulation pump. Said water was getting onto it from here and made a deflector to stop that happening. Replaced the UV bulb and recomended to save money not replacing the ozone unit as not that effective. Good service Cheers Brett Pukekohe
