I ordered some bromine for my spa pool. Although I was initially sent the wrong product (Chorine), Chris quickly and without any fuss resolved the problem. Mistakes happen, but what really matters to me is how they are corrected - Chris did admirably in this regard. To that end, I have recommended Crystal Clear Pools to other spa owners and will continue to buy products from them without hesitation in the future .
Neville ClarkFixed the spa beautifully. Arrived the day we arranged. Replaced the main circulation pump. Said water was getting onto it from here and made a deflector to stop that happening.
