I approached Chris politely and immediately he was on the defense and sent me quotes from Consumer Law. In then end he reluctantly offered a refund but was even rude about that and how he did not wish any further hassle. I did not send the bottle back in the end because I did not wish to deal with him any further. Would not recommend this business as the customer service was quite appalling. Not struck anything similar before. Would only shop at big brand stores going forward where you know you can return something without being treated badly if it does not work.
