I’ve been with this company for the past one year and have found them to be extremely professional and with excellent service. I’ve had no issues with them. I had found myself changing to this company after being a few years with my previous pool company who had started providing crappy service and had left our pool in a terrible condition and kept charging us for visits they never made. Crystal clear took over, had a smooth transition they helped us out and we’ve been extremely satisfied with them ever since. They are reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. I like their customer service where they deal with each problem with up most urgency and each valet is done with care and time. They’ve done a great job with my pool.

I contacted Chris as we had an older spa given to us, with no idea how to work it and take care of it. He initially helped me out over the phone with some immediate issues, then booked in a technician to come out and go over everything with me. The technician Sukh was very polite, efficient, knowlegable and went over everything very clearly. Fantastic service.

Awesome service, gave me some quick sharp advice, wasted no time fixing my pool pump problem saving me $$$$. Very reasonable prices, he'll definitely be getting my future business when I update my pool equipment. Highly recommended.

I ordered some bromine for my spa pool. Although I was initially sent the wrong product (Chorine), Chris quickly and without any fuss resolved the problem. Mistakes happen, but what really matters to me is how they are corrected - Chris did admirably in this regard. To that end, I have recommended Crystal Clear Pools to other spa owners and will continue to buy products from them without hesitation in the future .
