Good service But to make it even better be great if the secretary asks customer If they have first reset the spa ( as the error number could be anything.) If he/she is unsure how to reset it ask someone who knows? Would avoid wasting technician callout.

david blackmanFixed the spa beautifully. Arrived the day we arranged. Replaced the main circulation pump. Said water was getting onto it from here and made a deflector to stop that happening. Replaced the UV bulb and recomended to save money not replacing the ozone unit as not that effective. Good service Cheers Brett Pukekohe
