I ordered some bromine for my spa pool. Although I was initially sent the wrong product (Chorine), Chris quickly and without any fuss resolved the problem. Mistakes happen, but what really matters to me is how they are corrected - Chris did admirably in this regard. Justin ClowFixed the spa beautifully. Arrived the day we arranged. Replaced the main circulation pump. Said water was getting onto it from here and made a deflector to stop that happening. Crystal clear took over, had a smooth transition they helped us out and we’ve been extremely satisfied with them ever since. They are reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. I like their customer service where they deal with each problem with up most urgency and each valet is done with care and time. They’ve done a great job with my pool.
