I ordered some vinyl pool cleaner online for waterline marks for organic stains. It did not work. I approached Chris politely and immediately he was on the defense and sent me quotes from Consumer Law. In then end he reluctantly offered a refund but was even rude about that and how he did not wish any further hassle. I did not send the bottle back in the end because I did not wish to deal with him any further. Would not recommend this business as the customer service was quite appalling. Not struck anything similar before. Would only shop at big brand stores going forward where you know you can return something without being treated badly if it does not work.

Very happy with Nick. He phoned us to let us know when to expect him. When he arrived, he was very courteous and got straight onto the job. He is very knowledgeable and quickly determined what was wrong and went about fixing it. He was extremely helpful with my questions relating to the filtering times and cycles and he was very patient whilst he worked thru my queries. And just like that my spa was fixed. Thanks very much Nick, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

After working with Chris and his crew for over a year - from fixing leak (after several other places failed), pool pump, valet service to purchasing pool equipments - I'm confident to say they deserve more than 5 stars! They're experts of what they do, and communication is always prompt and professional. I've shared my reco with local communities but a Google review feels more 'official' 🙂 Thank you for everything!

Chris is very professional, efficient and personable. He is knowledgeable and even helps solve problems by phone. Excellent professional for your pool. Had other bigger companies before but had to get Chris in to sort out issues they could not solve. Fair pricing and good service.
